Exploring the world of sustainable farm designs led us to Mark Sheppard’s 106-acre farm in Wisconsin, US. The farm is a mix of silviculture (tree growing) and alley cropping, which go along the contours of the land. The farm is a fertility growing machine and would thrive for thousands of years without any human input.
This led us towards one question ‘What would a truly Vegan Farm look like?’
Followed by ‘Could we create a 100 acre Vegan Farm in Suffolk?’
Neither of these questions are simple to answer. We will be documenting our journey and discoveries on this page.
