We aim to build on the great work of projects like the Blue Zone Diet – which has highlighted the diets and lifestyles of the ‘longest-lived cultures’
The basis of these diets is fresh healthy wholefoods. This is why our first focus is local, organic vegetables.
We are working on three premises:
- All ‘long-lived cultures’ have plant-based wholefood making up the majority of their food.
- A wholefood plant-based diet offers a real opportunity to reverse the ills of the ‘modern western diet’
- The current situation in the meat industry is unsustainable
